Beer Vs Wine Cook Off Event

This is our 9th annual Beer vs Wine Cook off.  In this event we have two chefs battling against each other.  Each chef gets either a BEER or WINE where they must both COOK with the beverage in the dish, AND PAIR the beverage with the dish.  The audience gets to taste each dish and pairing and decide which chef did the better job with the dish and pairing.  Then an overall winner will be decided.  An amazing event that always sells out. All profits go to the O-co Heart foundation to support local scholarships.
