12 Ridges Vineyard

12 Ridges Vineyard is a family-owned, high altitude vineyard located directly on the stunning Blue Ridge Parkway at mile post 25. At an elevation of 3,300 feet, ​12 Ridges is the highest altitude vineyard in Virginia and its permeable and stony soil low in clay, cooler temperatures, and low humidity offer an extraordinary opportunity for our vineyard manager, Josh Seaman, to produce fantastic wines. The terroir of 12 Ridges has the potential to allow for exceptional traditional method sparkling wines, which will be complemented by offerings of Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. As we wait for our vines to mature and grow, we are offering a portfolio of high altitude wines from around the world.
