A fresh take on Pinot Noir, made for bright spring days and the lazy heat of summer… ideally enjoyed with your feet in the water or toes in the sand.
This rosé is a blend of estate and California grown Pinot Noir grapes, kept on the skin for 24 hours for a blush of color. It is a perfect compliment to traditional Pinot Noir food pairings like duck, venison, pork and Fois Gras. It is also excellent with lighter fare, such as fish and chicken.
