An ode to an Abingdon Vineyards original, Red Hawk is a re-imagining of a local favorite. This wine opens up with plum and floral notes, before painting the palate with tart cherry and stone fruit.
It is a blend of estate grown Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc, aged in oak for 6 months. Pair this semi-dry, light bodied red with pork, duck or lamb.
