Sparkling gold, clear, semi-dry cider featuring locally grown Jonagold, Gold Rush, and Arkansas Black apples. Allegheny Gold is complex due to its slow, cold fermentation, with a combination of brightness and true apple flavors and an astringency that is typical of apples grown at Highland’s elevation. 8.2% ABV.
