Wild Meadow

This cider is made with 100% wild foraged apples from the mountains of Highland. These trees are not sprayed or fertilized, and are the essence of Highland County terroir. It4 is a bright apple forward cider with soft tannins, nice minerality, fruitiness, and notes of pear. Very versatile cider to pair with food, it is off-dry with 0.70% residual sugar, and goes great with poultry, pork, fish, any creamy cheese sauce and any cheese. GLINTCAP gold medal winner 2022.
