This single varietal cider features one of America's best cider apple. Thomas Jefferson grew this apple at Monticello for cider. It is a highly flavored cider with the intensity of a white wine, hints of butterscotch, citrus, and floral notes. Off-dry at 0.65% residual sugar and 8.2% ABV.
