Cider

Aragon 1904

Similar to a dry, semi-sparkling champagne, light gold color, residual sugar of 3% and 8.6% ABV
Minerality/slight earthiness, pleasant tartness in the mid-palate, hint of salt and a lingering bruised apple in the finish
Blend of several apple varieties with Albemarle Pippin taking the lead along with York, Stayman and two different strains of Winesap.
This highly flexible cider pairs well with rich poultry dishes, spicy Thai or Indian dishes, fresh salads, or quiches.
The name comes from the building which was first recorded in 1904 as the Aragon Coffee Building.
