Merlot

Big and bold, shows a great balance of acidity and tannin. Opening with notes of sweet spice and a dense, fruity blackberry mid palate. Best enjoyed after an hour or so of decanting. Chocolate notes and dark plum. Slight earthiness. Aged in 100% new French and American oak for 14 months.
