With its origins in South West France (Languedoc), Petit Manseng is relatively new to Virginia vineyards. Our dry white 2018 Petit Manseng was hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Slightly perfumed aromatics of honeysuckle, juicy stone fruits ( nectarine and white peach), and green apple couple with a pleasantly balanced but lingering acidity due to a cooler than average growing season.
Pairs well with ceviche, scallops, root vegetables, Pad Thai, and pork.
