Petit Verdot

Slightly smokey with hints of licorice, blueberry, and sage. Sourced from Bluemont’s estate and the Windhorn Vineyard in Loudoun County. The 2018 Petit Verdot shows a lingering, soft tannin structure and a bright mouth-watering acidity with additional aromas of dried herbs, plum, and tar. For best results decant for an hour prior to enjoying.

Pairs well with pork spare ribs, figs stuffed with blue cheese, beef empanadas, beef tenderloin.
