Jennifer's Jambalaya

Each year, Jennifer's Jambalaya is made up of several of Jennifer Breaux's favorite grapes. (Jennifer is the daughter of owner Paul Breaux). The 2015 vintage is a new blend of Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay for a familiar, yet new wine experience.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Pale Straw

Aromas: Green pear, apricot and honeysuckle

Taste: Sweet orange blossom, ripe citrus, with balanced acidity and a smooth mouthfeel

Food Pairing: Jennifer's Jambalaya was born to pair with Cajun food, so try it with some Jambalaya or Gumbo, or whatever your favorite spicy treat is!
