Each year, Jennifer's Jambalaya is made up of several of Jennifer Breaux's favorite grapes. (Jennifer is the daughter of owner Paul Breaux).
This is a wonderful blend of grapes that found a home in Virginia – Vidal Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay. It is a clean wine, with medium intense aromas of pear, passion fruit, and lychee. It is an off-dry wine with medium alcohol, medium acidity, medium body, and no tannins.
Pair with Cajun Barbecue Shrimp or Thai Curries.
