Blend – 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc

Aging – 16 months French oak barrels

A classic Virginia Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich aromas of plum, cassis and
leather are revealed on the palate as well. Will last in the cellar but ready to drink now.

Pair with Steak Diane, Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast, or Hard Cheeses.

This is a clear, medium+ intense, ruby colored wine with legs. It is a clean
wine with medium+ intense aromas of plum, cassis, and leather. It is a dry wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, and medium tannins. It has medium+ intense flavors of cassis, blackberry, and leather with a medium+ length finish.
