Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is garnet in color. The nose is redolent of plum, black cherry, sweet baking spice and smoky oak. The wine is full bodied with lots of plum and bramble on the palate. There is a sweetness and richness on the mid-palate with a little pepper and black olive on the finish. The tannins are nice and chewy but are integrated well into the wine. They linger on the finish.
