Pair with Steak Diane, Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast, or Hard Cheeses.
This is a clear, medium+ intense, ruby colored wine with legs. It is a clean
wine with medium+ intense aromas of plum, cassis, and leather. It is a dry wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, and medium tannins. It has medium+ intense flavors of cassis, blackberry, and leather with a medium+ length finish.
