Madeleine's Chardonnay

Driven by notes of tropical fruit on the nose and the palate, this Chardonnay provides a beautiful mouthfeel to accompany the fruit. Great with roast foul or a firm fish like sword-fish.

Aged– 4 months 70% stainless steel and 30% acacia barrels.

This is a clear, medium intensity, lemon-green colored wine with legs. It is a clean wine with medium- intense aromas of banana, mango, and white flowers. It is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, and no tannins. It has medium intense flavors of citrus and mango with a medium length finish.
