Sauvignon Blanc

Dry, crisp, and refershing with pleasant citrus notes. The bright acidity makes this a great companion to shellfish, chicken picatta, oysters, and an array of appetizers. Try this as your opening wine at a cocktail party or dinner gathering. It's a crowd pleaser and the acidity will tempt your guests appetites.

Tasting Notes:

Color: very pale yellow.

Aromas: Grapefruit is the dominant fruit on the nose but it is coupled with sweet tropical fruit, under ripe pineapple and a hint of lemon grass.
Taste: This medium bodied wine has crisp acidity but lots of fruit on the palate to match. The bright, pithy grapefruit is prevalent on the palate and follows through on the finish.

Food Pairing: Fish roasted with potatoes and thyme, grilled chicken and white pizza
