This is a fun wine meant to be shred with others. Beautiful aromas of strawberry, cranberry and fresh cut grass evolve into cranberry and blood orange on the palate with a wonderfully creamy mousse to finish the experience. Pair with fried oysters, spinach and strawberry salads, and friends.

This is a clear, medium intense, salmon colored wine that fades to clear at the rim. It is a clean wine with medium- intense aromas of straw-berry, cranberry, and fresh cut grass. It is a brut wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, creamy mousse, medium body, and no tannins. It has medium- intense flavors of cranberry and blood orange with a medium length finish.
