75% Seyval Blanc, 25% Vidal Blanc. The fermentation was stopped naturally leaving the wine sweet and with lower alcohol. Aged 3 months in Stainless Steel.

This blend of Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc is a great choice for the sweet wine drinker. Lush aromas of peach and orange blossom carry through as peach and tangerine on the palate. Pair with Trout Almondine or Cheesecake.

This is a clear, pale intensity, lemon colored wine with legs. It is a clean wine with medium intense aromas of peach and orange blossom. It is a sweet wine with medium alcohol, medium acidity, medium+ body, and no tannins. It has medium intense flavors of peach and tangerine with a medium+ length finish.
