Favorite Daughter's Mesquite

This mead is produced from Mesquite Honey from the Southwest corner of the United States. Typically, honey produced from the nectar of trees tend to be a little darker, this however is surprisingly light. That lightness is carried forward to the mead with it's light refreshing flavor and color. There is a hint of the mesquite woody flavor that you are familiar with if you ever barbeque food with mesquite wood, without the smokiness. This mead would be a good choice for a daily drinker and pairs well with chicken, fish or other white meats.
