Ham Towne Holiday Metheglin

This meads starts with the base mead that is made from orange blossom honey. To this is added a selection of the fresh spices obtained from our local Spicery: cinnamon, organic ginger, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla beans. These spices are steeped in the mead for several months before bottling. The combination of the citrus flavor from the Orange blossom compliments the warmth from the spices to create a mead that you just can't get enough of.
