Our friends at Harvest Faire ask us to produce a mead for their Renaissance Faire, after brainstorming on various options, it was decided that a Blueberry Melomel was the perfect choice. Fresh blue berries from North Carolina are fermented with clover honey, resulting a bold blueberry finish. This melomel proved to be very popular at the first Faire that it was released at and is favorite with most everyone that samples it for the first time.
