Silver Medal Governor’s Cup 2025 A creamy, buttery aromatic profile is enhanced by ripe pear and hints of wildflowers. Opulent on the palate, with rich, soft layers of apple, pear, and lemon that are wrapped by toast and vanilla from the oak fermentation and steel aging. A classic Chardonnay with a long, elegant finish. Pairs well with lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops, salmon (and other fish), chicken, turkey, and pasta with white sauces.
