Rosé- dry

A rosé with vibrant strawberry and cherry notes and a touch of fennel in the background. Refreshing and not overly sweet with cherry and cranberry flavors that add to the rich round palate weight. A nice touch of acidity on the finish allows this wine to pair with a wide array of foods. Pairs well with charcuterie, ham, pork, turkey, and quiche, and excellent as a before dinner aperitif.
