Cabernet Franc

Hints of dried cranberries and cherries are enhanced by a touch of oak. An earthy core is balanced by fruit and oak, but maintains an easy drinking style that is approachable, with enough fruit and tannin to allow this wine to hold up to a variety of foods. A silky-smooth finish adds to the length. Pairs well with grilled lamb chops, beef (especially grilled steak), and veal.
