Cabernet Sauvignon

A first release made from 100% noble Bordeaux grapes. This is a wine for that great NY center cut or one of those thick T-bone steak that are becoming so popular again. Black cherry invades this nicely balanced red wine in a classic way. Surely a pleaser for the hearty rich red steaks that pair so well with this wine.
