At harvest the fruit is gently pressed to give the palest salmon color. Our 2022 Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon is a love song for Rosé, beautifully layered and highly aromatic. We found fresh sea salt minerality, soft orange citrus, and light herbal notes, moving to brighter mandarin orange, guava, and strawberry on the palate. Expressive and refined.
