Our 2021 Petit Verdot is our perfect winter wine, showing rich blueberry, black cherry, and bramble flavors, with vanilla, toasted wood, and dark cocoa notes shining through. The palate is full-flavored and structured, with a lovely balance of bright dark fruit and integrated oak. When the snow starts falling, this is what we’re going to have in our glass. Barrel-aged 16 months in 27% new French oak.
