This unique wine made with Chardonnay and Nelson Sauvin hops has a pleasing, grassy, tropical nose in the style of the New Zealand Sauvingnon blancs after which the hops are named. Lots of fruit through the mid-palate leads to a lovely mineral finish. Drink well-chilled. It will pair great with seafood (oysters in particular!) as well as cheeses, sushi and front porch conversations.
