Rivah Red is a sweet, ruby-colored rose' comprised of 95% Chambourcin and 5% Niagara. Following an initial burst of strawberry, a subtle nose of blueberry can be found. This taste of blueberries is supported by that if candied fruit making this an excellent aperitif when paired with cheesecake, cannoli's or Tiramisu. The sweetness if Rivah Red lends to its use in making adult slushies or pouring over ice cream or strawberry shortcake. In addition to desserts, it is a wonderful everyday relaxing patio or hot tub wine.
