Summer Splash (Off Dry Style Riesling)

Iris Scott has painted yet another dog that represents cooling off in the summer. Classic citrus attributes of a Riesling, slightly sweet on the front and finishes a little dry. I kept it at about 1-1/12 percent sweetness as I believe that is a sweetness that appeals to most wine drinkers. In Germany, this could be referred to as a “Halbtroken".

Pairings: Spicy dishes, shellfish, Asian dishes, smoked meats, and pork would all pair well with Summer Splash.
