Cabernet Sauvignon

Both Hungarian and French Oak barrels were used to age this Cabernet for about 14 months. The acidity is well balanced to produce an excellent pairing with foods. Weather conditions allowed for complete ripening with mature tannins and notes of dark fruit and an obvious earthy character.
