Aromas of plum, chocolate, pepper, and coffee condense to a raspberry, earth, and vanilla palate. Velvet tannins linger in the mouth alongside lasting notes of cherry and vanilla. A fantastic complement to rich, bold red meat dishes such as grilled steak or roasted lamb. Barrel aged 14 months, this Petit Verdot can be opened now, but will continue to improve with age.
