Barrel Aged Cider

Using cider apples from Nelson County, Virginia. The blend comprising this cider was fermented and aged in a combination of neutral French and American oak barrels. A separate fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and a portion of this was blended back to increase the apple character. The carbonated, dry Barrel Aged Cider has beautiful apple aromas and a hint of oak on the palate
