Borboleta

Borboleta is Chrysalis Vineyards first Port-style wine made from 100% Norton grapes. Made in the traditional method originating in the Douro Valley in Portugal, the grapes are fermented for a few days before distilled Norton spirits are added to stop the fermentation. The result is a deliciously sweet dessert wine that shows off the aromas and flavors of Norton.
