Buttorfleoge

Buttorfleoge is a Pét-Nat (short for the French Pétillant Naturel, or naturally sparkling), made in the méthode ancestrale, or ancestor's method. In keeping with Chrysalis Vineyards’ theme, we’ve named this wine Buttorfleoge, the Old English word for butterfly.
