Crafted in tribute to our winemaker Dominick’s Italian heritage, Vitale, Crimson Lane’s Nebbiolo, reflects our deep family roots and honors the legacy of his grandmother. Named after her maiden name, Vitale, celebrates community, tradition, and connection—values she instilled in Dominick through their shared love of food and wine.

This Nebbiolo opens with an inviting bouquet of black tea, tobacco, and leather, complemented by hints of cedar and tar. On the palate, it’s bright and fresh with layers of savory spices like nutmeg and cinnamon, finished with a subtle cola note. With its velvety texture and balanced structure, Vitale offers richness and complexity without harsh edges.

Versatile and food-friendly, Vitale pairs beautifully with hearty dishes such as rich tomato-based sauces, chili, earthy mushroom risotto, and roasted duck. Its acidity and structure also make it a perfect match for cheeses like Parmesan and Asiago.
