Cuvée 719

Named for the border road on the north end of our vineyards, 719 uses Traminette grapes, fermented to dryness in stainless steel, to provide a refreshing wine with a nose of rose petal, lychee, wet granite, and a tropical finish.

Pairings: Shellfish and summer salads.
