A favorite with staff, this full-bodied red has a deep burgundy color and complex layers of aromas and flavors. Distinct aromas of cinnamon and clove fill the nose. The front of the palate is full of vanilla characters (which comes from the American Oak aging). As the wine lingers, flavors of cherries, plum, red currant and cranberry come through with gripping, rich tannins and a long, generous finish, leaving your mouth wanting more.
