Cab Franc is more subtle and lighter than its Bordeaux brothers Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This medium bodied Franc is fresh, bright, and youthful, with hints of blackberry, plum and cassis. A great crossover red: excellent with grilled or roasted chicken and pork; perfect with lighter beef dishes.
