Winemaker Paul dusted off his catalog of wine formulas to resurrect his Sweet Shamrock Red from 2012. It's made using our Chambourcin grapes with raspberry & cherry flavors and subtle earthy notes & a soft, smooth finish. It was bottled in July 2020 and is best served slightly chilled.
