Made from 100% Estate-grown grapes, this wine is aged three years in new French oak. The result is an elegant Cabernet with layers of blackberry, black raspberry, bing cherries and dark cocoa with a lingering velvet oak finish. Excellent with beef tenderloin, prime rib, bison, bleu cheese and chocolate. Gray Ghost's Reserve Cabernet is only produced in exceptional growing seasons. Over 15 International medals every year.
