Our first press crush of the grapes, Chambourcin leads off with a dark berry and smokiness in the front with hints of cranberry and herb, transitioning smoothly into a mellowed black pepper. Medium bodied, but deep in color, it's complex flavor and peppery finish is the perfect compliment to salamis, game meats, duck, and lamb.
