Smart Ass

Smart Ass is named for our winery mascot, Josie, who is a very smart Mammoth Donkey. The mead is made from honey and coffee and combines both of these on your palate. Your nose will recognize coffee right away. Every time we both this one, we make a donation to Hope's Legacy Equine Rescue in honor of our beloved donkeys that live here at Hill Top.
