Serefina

A Provence style rosé, the Serefina is 100% Tannat aged for 3 months in French Acacia wood barrels. Harvested in mid-September, the Serefina is light, crisp, and light in tannins. The short barrel aging results in a light peachy-pink delicious wine with a floral nose and gives a real roundedness to the palate. A great wine for lounging on the porch and after a long summer hike. She pairs wonderfully with angel hair pasta topped with shrimp in a light herb sauce.
