Carnelian

An excellent go-to wine during a hot day exhibiting floral flavors of delicate flowers, chamomile, and mint. This supple Rhone grape is grown in our Northwest field and can be sensitive to extreme cold temperatures and wet soils in the wintertime. The Roussanne is harvested mid to late September, and fermented and aged in stainless steel for 4 months. The Carnelian pairs fantastically with lighter meals, Manchego cheese, and carrot sticks!
