Petit Manseng

A dry and delicious white wine with a medium body and intense tropical flavors. This wine is not as dry and tannic as the Opal and makes a wonderful addition to any table. Our Petit Manseng is 100% estate-grown and planted in our east field next to our back patio. Harvested sometime between late-Sept to mid-Oct, she is then fermented and aged in stainless steel for 4 months. Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, roasted chicken, and bruschetta.
