All perfectly balanced with just a touch of refreshing residual sweetness. Delicate, zippy and very refreshing!

Pairing: Seafood dishes such as scallops, salmon, or tuna. Grilled chicken. Light cheeses such as mozzarella, goat cheese, or Colby. As well as cheesecake or fruit dishes.
