Rosé

Inviting aromas of ripe red fruits, including plum, raspberry, and vibrant pomegranate, lead into a beautifully balanced palate. Layers of stewed strawberry, red grape skins, and blackberry are complemented by a subtle hint of teaberry on the finish, creating a smooth and memorable wine.

12.5% abv and 0.6% residual sugar.
54% Merlot
29% Cabernet Franc
13% Petit Verdot
4% Cabernet Sauvignon

A combination of styles makes up our Rose wine. A whole cluster press was performed on the Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes with some of the Petit Verdot and all of the Cabernet Sauvignon juice being produced from a saignee bleed.
