Brut

This dry sparkling wine, produced in the traditional method from 100% Chardonnay, is bright and crisp. On the nose and the palate, the wine is full of rich green apple notes and light toast. Aged 7 months in oak barrels, and spends 10 months aging sur lees in the bottle.
