Old World Oak

Our Old World Oak Chardonnay is reminiscent of the White Burgundies of France. This wine is a little lower in alcohol to pair better with food. It offers a linen-fresh mélange of honeydew melon, white peach, apricot, tropical fruit and citrus notes. Floral, fresh ginger spice and mineral nuances lace expansive fruity flavors that become increasingly interesting and complex as the wine warms in the glass, culminating in a refreshing, lemony finish. This wine was oh so briefly oak-aged to enhance the silky texture, while keeping the pure, fruit-focused expression.
