Our Cabernet Sauvignon typically has a fruity nose with a hint of leather, a medium-bodied earthy and cherry palate, and a lingering finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon varietal is typically 100% Cabernet Sauvignon but some vintages may be blended with 10-15% Petit Verdot or another vinifera varietal.
